Softball Nouveau-Brunswick a divisé la province en cinq régions, chacune dotée d'un directeur régional chargé de soutenir les activités locales de softball. Les athlètes mineurs souhaitant jouer en dehors de leur région doivent demander chaque année une dérogation régionale pour mineurs.
